We are looking to recruit a number of different roles within enims in multiple locations. As enims is an independent company we are fortunate enough to work closely with our team and understand the importance of being able to have a say in the work we do, the way we work and what is best for our sector. We are a small but mighty team and everyone has the opportunity to have an influence on enims successes.
We are looking for the following roles:
x2 Junior ecologists – we would welcome applications from individuals who have some experience but are keen to grow their career in a company who values the knowledge and experience of the junior members of our team. You maybe working as a junior at the moment but wish to progress higher in your career. We would also be happy to hear from you if you are just starting out in your career but are passionate and willing to learn valuable on the job skills to enable you to learn and grow within your chosen career.
x3 Consultant Ecologists / Experienced Ecologists – if you have a passion for ecology and have experience in consultancy then we would love to hear from you. We are looking to recruit in different geographical locations across the UK, so would love to discuss the benefits of working within enims if you are looking to take the next step in your career and believe you can bring your passion, proactive thinking and knowledge to enims.
x2 Senior Consultant Ecologists – we are looking to expand our team of seniors, which is an exciting opportunity for anyone that enjoys consultancy, is looking for exceptional project variety and is able to work well as part of a team, supporting our juniors to deliver the best level of ecological expertise, striving for the success of the business and environment with focus, drive and clear aptitude in ecological consultancy. Being confident, comfortable and experienced in your field of work is going to be a huge benefit, so if you are looking to be able to influence and drive forward an already progressive company, enims is looking forward to meeting you.

Our company works all around the country and so we are now looking to expand our team to cover more of the work we have won with excellent individuals. As a CIEEM registered practice our expectations and conduct will always work in parallel with professional ecologists, who are looking to represent the industry to the highest standard, make headway with making the environment a key importance and ensuring that we get public and client buy in from educating and supporting.
In addition as a company we also have CIPD professionals ensuring that personal development and human resources are fully understood and that our team is supported.
